Frustration

Today, I called 116 to stop my telephone line.
At the first time, 9am, a operator said, "I'm sorry I cannot see your infomation because of the system maintenance this morning. please call again after 1pm."
So, I called again at 2pm. Lines were quite busy, and I was waiting for several minutes. After that, I could talk with a operator, and I told her my request. She said she needed to contact with a local office, but couldn't because of busy lines. Finally. she asked me to contact the local office directly.
Now, I cannot stop my telephone line yet.
