A Midsummer Night’s Dream

I went to see the play named “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” at Hitotsubashi University tonight. To be honest, I cannot say it’s nice. There are 3 reasons. Firstly, actors/actresses level is low. Almost casts look like university students. I couldn’t hear some actors/actress, so it made me difficult to understand the story even if I already know the original story. Secondly, a ticket costs expensive for outside stage. I cannot understand why it cost 3,000 yen. It should be 1,000 or 1,500 yen because they don’t need stage fee and they can get money as a COE program. Finally, and it would be biggest reason, it rained though this stage is outside like the stage in “Glass Mask”. We should keep seeing in the cold rain for 2 hours. It’s kind of a tragedy.
I have one question today. Why Nippun support this play? Are there any synergy between this play and Chidimi(Korean Okonomiyaki)?
